Updating a Freight Code

You can update the details of a freight code in the Freight master file, and you can delete freight codes you no longer require.

Open the Freight File Update screen for the freight code you want to update or delete.

Refer to "Opening the Freight Master File".

Optionally, recall a freight code by selecting FILE | FIND.

Update the freight code details on the following tabs as required:

Main freight code details – refer to "Freight - Main"
Smart Freight details if you are using SmartFreight – refer to "Freight - Smart Freight".

Select FILE | SAVE to save your changes.
To delete the freight code displayed, select FILE | DELETE.
